Launcher errors

I haven't been able to login for 3 days, i've been playing since Beta and have a Legacy account, i demand resolution! :)

I've restarted the router, modem and the PC of course. I've made sure that IE is allowing the TLS 1.0, 1.1 and 1.2. The Launcher version shown on the top is only 2015.06.12.0000.0001 but i was able to complete the update download the other day and haven't logged in after patching.

translates to 800C0008 hex error code...basically unable to access a networked resource either due to connectivity issues or some means of authentication.

Make sure you are launching with elevated Admin priveledges (right-click and run as Admin, or set the shortcut to always launch as Admin in it's properties pages).

This may sound crazy...but it has been known to cause problems with the same hex error code for Windows Update in the past. Make sure that your Date and Time are correct in both your BIOS and Windows.

Scan the system for malware and such if you haven't already. Make sure MSIE's technolgies are up to date (BOTH .Net 3.5 and 4.x, Java, Flash, etc. if you have them installed--note you may need .net 3.5 active for older calls that have been depricated in 4.x), and double check security isn't blocking the executables and such (make sure to check Defender and/or Security Essentials if they are installed and running).

I was getting this same error -2146697208 and It seemed to fix itself after a java update installed.
