Personal Housing vs Free Company Housing

Hello all!

I'm just wondering what things personal housing doesn't have that free company housing does? Can you garden, airship, etc? Or are they exactly the same?

Also, if I have a personal house, what can one of my friends do there? Can they get a room? move things around as well, etc?

Personal house can only be use by you atm, your Eternal partner is next patch. Your friend can sit on your chairs or sofa. Personal housing doesn't have airship or extra room. Some furniture cannot be place in personal house.

Personal Housing gets gardening but no workshop.
