[suggestion] RMT (gold sellers) reporting

Add a right-click feature to chat log to easily report gold sellers! Similar to how blacklisting works right now.

Also, include option to block tells from accounts under certain level, e.g.

Block:
[X] tells
[ ] mail

From accounts without character with class level of:
[20] or above

Allow tells and mail from all characters:
[X] on my friends list
[ ] in my free company

I get gold spam every half an hour or more. Almost no one bothers to report them, and I believe this is largely because the process of doing so is ridiculously complicated. As an example, I saw same character in Limsa near market boards, spamming gold adds on 'say' channel, for three days - until I finally got sick of it, and reported the character. Response itself was fast - the spammer was gone in under two minutes. But actually making the report forces you to jump through totally pointless and complex hoops, when this could simply be a right-click menu option right along with blacklisting.

Let me elaborate: Currently the RMT is totally out of hand. The only way to play the game right now, is to disable tells from all chat tabs. At least the option to filter lower level character tells, would allow you to still communicate with more established characters, and filtering in those in your friends list and free company, would let you use tells between known friends. Due to way the system works, I don't honestly think that easier way to report spammers would lessen the spam - it would simply be QoL improvement to those people who still bother to report them. The level/status based tell/mail filtering would be the more effective option. It would also be more polite even for people who get blocked by it, because at least they would know why they are being ignored.. instead of just never getting any response.
