Suggestion: Wolves Den Job Olympiad

Hello,
I know that ranked 1 v 1 is not an option because of job inbalance.
But 1 v 1 between the same jobs should be quite possible.

Why can't we have monthly or weekly resetted olympiad, that would be about 2 people of same job fighting each other in Wolves Den Arena. It would be possible only trough Duty Finder (so no wintrading).

Everyone would have 20 points per season. Win - you steal one point from your opponent, lose - opponent gets one point from you. When you have 0 points, you cannot do the arena for the rest of season.

There could be leatherboards for each server for each job, lets say 10 best players, also resetted each season. They could get title and some vanity rewards.

The fight could be ilvl synced, so there would be no gear inbalance. The only RNG in this fight would be internet connection and other stuff like that.

I would like to say that this is not my idea, it has already been in other game/s I have played. I am just trying to come up with something that wouldn't be so hard to implement as PvP is not the main focus of developers. We already have the arena, all we really need would be the DF queue, leaderboards and some small rewards.

I also think, that the leaderboards should be placed better than on lodestone, I don't know how much stress it would put on the servers, but having something similar to marketboard at Wolves Den Pier with the rankings would be fine.
