Static LF MCH/BRD for savage progression

LF MCH/BRD for savage static group.

Requirements:
Available 7pm-12am most weekdays.
Teamspeak.
A complete understanding of your job.
Willingness to do research related to your job for specific fights.

Preferences:
MCH over BRD.
Gear(it is much easier to get someone geared than it is to get them good at their job).
Parse numbers(we have a PC player, but it would be good if you know your dps beforehand).
Joining <RBRTH> FC (we have 7/8 in FC but a full FC group would be awesome).
