Advice for AST in A2S

So, been working this floor for a bit and I feel it can be done (especially since it has been done). Let me start with my comp.

DRK & WAR
MNK & DRG (Driving)
MCH & BLM
AST & WHM

I'm curious. ASTs who've cleared A2S, what job was your healing partner? What did you spend your time doing on certain waves? What parts required a specific cooldown and why?

How are you designating the healing and dps?

I've cleared with an AST partner(as SCH). Here's a breakdown

Wave 1 - dps
Wave 2 - let partner dps, make sure hard mind tank doesn't drop
Wave 3 - heal until stun, dps
Wave 4 - heal until stun, dps
Wave 5 - synastry at the start for first prey it will be back up for wave 7, let partner dps until 2nd prey
Wave 6 - heal assigned tank, damage starts getting bursts here, ED as necessary
Wave 7 - full heals on your assigned tank, synnastry to help partner. Your partner also should be full heals here. Light speed as necessary.
Wave 8 - ED the healer that the snipers focus, once adds are stunned solo heal the jagd tank while partner dps
Wave 9 - lots of groups handle this differently, all yours CDs should be up for this. Just keep your assigned tank alive

My group's DRK swaps to PLD for this turn for the better physical mitigation. Also note that without a SCH your groups dps will have a lot of slack to pick up.

the group which I know which did it with astro had 2 smn, which is pretty much overkill and compensates everything xD

but if everyone plays perfect etc its probably possible to handle the weight of an astro
