Gauss Barrel sometimes turns off in instances.

When we wipe on Oppressor Savage and I revive to the beginning of the instance, sometimes my gauss barrel will randomly turn off. It will appear for a second after reviving and then immediately turns off (there is also NO debuff message shown "- gauss barrel" popup). It's sort of like those times where you level sync into a dungeon/fate with kiss of viper/wasp on and you instantly lose it, except in this case, as there is no level sync going on, I am unsure why I lose my Gauss Barrel Buff.
