[dev1135] "Gloomy" weather? Really? Please change to "Umbral".

Gloomy, quite frankly is... too cutesy-wootsey for my tastes, and I would like to think other people would agree.

Our linkshell has adopted the name "Umbral weather", which in my opinion is much better. If we feel silly we might call it "umbrella" or "pinky", but "Umbral" feels much more appropriate for FFXIV.

In FFXI was gloomy too...so i pretty much doubt they will change ^^:
