Idyllshire screen log-in problem

I'm not sure what would be the correct title for this particular problem I'm having but this is twice it's happened now.

Sometimes when I log out of the game in the city-state Idyllshire and log back in hours later I find that my screen or the camera panned behind walls or dirt or something from what it looks like and I cannot fix this with moving the camera as it does nothing and I can't open up the menu to try to teleport out.

Only thing I can do is move around thankfully and using the mini-map to guide myself I can get out of the city and it's the only way to "fix" this issue and when I return back to the city I'm fine like it never happened. Though this is a temporary fix.

But this is a glaring problem if I have to keep on exiting and re-entering the city if I log out in Idyllshire. This doesn't happen all the time but it does happen once in a while it seems.

... And just now my screen fixed itself by waiting in the city, which didn't happened the first time and waited about the same length before I attempted to leave the city.

I'm not sure if it's a lagging problem or whatnot but most of the time that never happens whether I teleport to the city and log-in. Could you took a look at this problem for me? I like to know if it's a bug or not.

Has anyone else encounter this problem while logging in from time to time?
