I just traded 3 Dragon's Warts, 3 red roundstones and 3 red crafting scrips - I got a message saying I recieved 5 HQ Purified Coke, but in my bag I was given 5 SQ purified coke.
How do I file an online ticket to get a GM to talk with me? Only thing I see where they respond is the "report harassment" button :s
I had a friend do the same with odorless animal fat. He filed a GM report and then later they magically turned into 5 HQ without any GM contact.
Try either - waiting an hour or so or logging out and back in. A lot of people have said this can cure the issue.
I turned in for 5 hq dryad sap, knowing there was a possibility of 5 nq, and sure enough 5 nq. after submitting a report, it turned int to 5 hq shortly thereafter. I believe they may have someone looking for these reports, as it is now an accepted bug:

Just relog and it'll be HQ, it's another display issue.
