Where do we turn our red scrip in for Rowena's Token? I only have the option to convert blue scrip at Mor Dhona right now. Am I missing something?

its in Idyllshire, in Mor Dhona you can only exchange blue scrips
u need to be level 60 aswell for the red scrip turn in
