FFXIV locks/freezes up randomly (No error message)
Hello I'm not the best when it comes to giving the required information on tech support forums but I'll try my best.
Before Heavensward I noticed this problem once in a while but with the expansion its happening almost every day now. My game would lock up and I wouldn't be able to do anything besides alt tab which it would show me the game wasn't responding. After anywhere from 2 seconds to 10 seconds it would come back just fine. It would continue to do this problem till I physically restarted my computer only then would the freezing/lock ups stop for a few hours but would always come back. Lastly if I didn't restart the computer it would start to freeze and take the sound with it (Would do a loud sound feedback as well as making me unable to use my mouse which ultimately has me restart my computer)
I've tried
- Lowering graphic settings on the game as much as I can
- Updated my drivers
- Cleaned fans on computer
This problem is becoming really frustrating and has stumped me for a while now. This is what I have from my dxdiag Im not sure if its relevant or not.
