Questions on Dragonskin Maps

Hey everyone, I just have a few questions on these maps. I'm going to be working on leveling my miner (up to 60 eventually), but I would just like to know a few things about these maps.

First of all, what are the steps/requirements to start getting these maps? Is it just level 56 (for level 60 nodes) or is there anything additional one needs to complete?

Also, is there a limit on these like there is, on say Peisteskin maps, where you can only gather one per 18 hours?

My main reason for starting to work toward obtaining these maps is to acquire the Thav Silk for the dancer outfit. I have every single other mat other than the silk, so I'm pretty determined to get the 4-6 pieces I need for the outfit.

Any info would be much appreciated!

The same one per 18 hours rule applies to the new maps. And yes, just being able to see level 60 nodes is enough, so level 56.
