{Request} Ability to activate/deactivate Toil and Collector's Glove while on mount

Is there anyway it would be possible to add Toil (for Miner and Botanist) to the abilities that are able to be used while mounted? They are similar to Arbor Call, except they are always active, and now with flight it is kind of a pain to have to land from high in the air and activate them then take off again. While we are on the subject, adding Collector's Glove to the abilities able to be used while on a mount and flying would be nice as well, although not as important.
