180 Warrior and Scholar looking for a static/fc.

We are both new to FF14(started in 3.0) but we have extensive progression raiding experience in other games going back to Everquest. Looking for a static raid group environment, preferably with a good social FC backing it. We are EST and would prefer EST Raid times. Open to discussions with anyone in Alex but the objective is to clear savage content.
