Still Missing Heavensward Pre-order Items

I'm not sure where best to post this, but I have reached out the the SE Store, and was referred to support sites that referred me here.

I cannot seem to find any place to voice my problem and/or get any response from SE or FFXIV Support.

I have registered my Heavensward Pre-Order Code (during early access), yet still have not received the Pre-Order Bonus Items.

Namely:
-Baron Circlet & Baron Earrings
-Chocobo Chick Courier

I have recieved the CE in-game items:
-Exclusive In-Game Flying Griffin Mount
-Dark Knight Cecil-themed Baron Helm
-Wind-up Kain
-Fantasia

The CE shows registered on my account, and I have downloaded the expansion and can play the content without issue. Now after so much time, I am starting to think this isn't a delay on SE's part but something must be wrong. I am not able to input the code again (Already Registered message appears).

Is anyone else having trouble with this?
Has anyone been able to find a way around the problem?

I have received mine without any trouble, since you are saying u registered ur pre-order code before release and still didn't got the itens, i suggest you to open a ticket in-game to the gms

Thanks, I'll give it a shot!

Update: Although I made GM call in-game, I was never responded too. Its seeming more and more likely that I will never get my bonus items.
