Select any of the projects. You need to COMPLETE a Project before starting a new one. Each project is 3 stages. So if you start an afcastle, you need to complete all 3 stages before you can start crafting any of the other 3 pieces.

After you have an airship and send it on voyages, you will get at least some of these materials. I can't confirm for all, but I'm guessing we get them from sending the airship out.

Yes, you fabricate all 4 pieces. As I said before, eac piece has 3 stages. you need at a minimum 4 people to advance to the next stage, after you complete each stage.

I crafted all of the mats for all of the stages, and then invited people to party, had them join me in my workshop and change to DoTH (They do NOT need o be FC members) In this way, I ensured I had all of the materials for an entire poject, and I needed to ather people less often. Just used their time in chunks. Actually I can link you to youtube videos where I handed in items . . . .

I would be shocked if nobody has witten a guide yet.
