GMT+10 Aussie LF Semi-core endgame FC

Hi Tonberry People,

I am looking for a semi-core GMT+10 endgame focused FC.
What is semi-core? idk closer to hardcore than casual? Scheduled set raid teams etc but not 24/7 world first hardcore.

I like a fun social guild/FC doesn't have to be super serious all the time...just at raid time:)

First up let me say I have not completed any coil...I know right for shame. After hitting 50 a year or so ago I stopped playing. I have monk at 60. PLD and WHM at 50.

While I don't have raid exp in FFXIV I have played other MMOs most recently swtor which also has 8 man raid content. I have dps'd, tanked and healed in swtor story mode, hard mode and some nightmare mode.

I am/was in a great guild in swtor but it was more casual where I made great friends but was not able to clear all the content I wanted to.

It is elitest to say but I want to raid with good players to clear content while its current. If I am not performing to the teams level I expect to be told to improve or get cut.../cry:)

I am the type of player who:

Is social in guild/FC chat, voip TS3,vent,mumble
Researches raid/boss strats
Researches and practices my rotation (parses, though I have not in FFXIV as yet)
Gets along with everyone

I am currently gearing monk, only ilvl 148 so far but have to start somewhere.
