No map icons/crystals/NPC of intrest shown after Heavensword early access patch

After the 6/18/15 hot patch for the early access for Heavensward, my main map stopped showing any type of reference icons/aether crystals/ NPCs of intrest/ quests+quest zones. I know with this being the first week of the actual expansion that there are many bugs that have to be address.

I am playing on a homebuilt pc. Ive restarted it several times including the game, and even uninstalling it and reinstalling it but nothing has fixed it.

My thinking is that something is wrong with my account on the server. Can we please get this issue fixed ASAP since i use my map a ton.
