Buying crysta through paypal.

Hello guys. I used to be able to buy crysta through paypal. When i try now i have to link a credit card. The main reason i have paypal is because i dont want a credit card. I have called Paypal support and they said that i need at least 25 euro on the paypal account to buy anything. currently theres more than 25 euro on it and i still have to add a credit card. Theres literally no other option anymore than credit card which bums me out in a big way.

Does anyone have experience with this? Or some alternative option i missed?
