Game never asked to regester my serivce account

I have been having the same issue since the Early access launch. The download went smooth, and even tried to delete then re download 3 times and still never asked me to register my service account. I digitally bought the game on PlayStation. has anyone else had this problem or knows how to fix. I have called square and Sony and they both pretty much blew me off. my biggest worry is that come normal access for everyone, my game does not work.

Pls give more details. Are you getting an error or is it sending you too the log in and you cant get in?

Yes please give us more details are you trying to load this on a PC or your PSN please let us know

I am logging in with a PS4, I was able to log in perfect, the only problem is the game never asked me to register my service account for the heavenward early access so I do not have any of the early access privileges.
