Remove Post Limit's and add a Off-Topic section.

Please for the posting limits... Originally, the post limits were set because the Beta forums were a mess...I would know, I was there and saw it lol.
But we technically pay to use these forums so why restrict us from using it more? If things go wrong, that's why we have forum mods. Anyways...
Beta was 2 years ago and a lot of those people have been weeded out already. Some people ended up having really good conversations or debates and we get stuck with posting 20 times a day...
which is actually incorrect it resets 24 hours FROM THAT POST. So posting 5 times within an hour apart does not equal the next 12am.

Also I'd like an off-topic thing, for like games and stuff...the ban game for example, of make a wish just like the Super Happy fun time discussion that gets lost in the GD at times.
