Streamlined decline friend request process

RMTs have been resorting to sending friend requests as a part of their advertising spam. Usually you can just black list them and be done with it as long as you clean your black list out regularly. This friend request method of advertising is a real pain. I just received a friend request from one.

The process from receiving the request to blacklisting is entirely too long.

Once I've clicked (no) when being asked to accept friend request, that is the same thing as declining the friend request. There's absolutely no reason to go through the process an entire separate time just to formally decline the request. Additionally, as long as there's a friend request from the player active, we cannot black list that player. It would be great if we could, but I'm just asking here that when we click (no) the first time the game performs the logical action of automatically declining the request and closing the friend's list.
