cant transfer worlds due to eternal bonding

I'm currently in mateus I logged into the mog station to transfer worlds from mateus to Gilgamesh after I choose the character I want to transfer over to Gilgamesh it says under world transfer status ''this character has made reservations for a ceremony of eternal bonding'' I logged into ffxiv I turned in my Wristlet to acolyte in east shroud and canceled the ceremony I made a second attempt and tried transferring worlds once again but it this says the same thing under world transfer status. Ive deleted everything associated with the ceremony including the garments I've received I'm losing valuable game time with friends in Gilgamesh please help
