Static seeking SCH for FCOB, Alexander, and beyond.

My static is looking for a SCH and BLM or SMN to fill out our empty slots. Currently, our raid times are Monday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9:00 p.m. EDT to 11:00 p.m. EDT (Wednesday optional day)

Potential candidates should:

- Have FCOB unlocked; candidates still seeking a T9 clear will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Meet the Item Level requirement of T13.
- Have access to Mumble and have a functioning mic.
- Be able to abide by our static's code of conduct.
