Yo it's me Zodiark Melchizedek again. Asking for support on a simple but fruitful change I would like to see implemented. Make the Dreadwyrm Gear's colors changeable through dyes. It's only fair that the top-tier players be able to change their gear colors, since you're giving everyone else with Ironworks weapons and relics the same option. I know it sounds elitist, but hey I want to see this happen. If you do think this is elitist... well you know the two words I'd would be telling you then.
I don't think it's elitist to want to dye gear.
Though I must say that, if Dreadwyrm gear becomes dyable, so should Allagan/High Allagan gear.
I definitely agree with this. Some of the Dreadwyrm sets look very nice, but... Purple? Really? You'd be hard-pressed to find a colour that's more difficult to match with skin and hair colour than that. For this reason all my dread pieces are glamoured into dyed Ironworks.
It would be really really really nice to dye the dreadwyrm gear. And as Seekified said, purple is such a hard colour to match with skin tones etc :).
There was mention of them thinking about making dungeon gear dyeable not too long ago. It would be nice if practically everything was dyeable though, I've got my CT crimson set ready for that day.
ALL gear needs dye options. No exceptions.
I get the impression they'd probably do this post heavensward (with Allag/High Allag) to attempt to keep coil somewhat relevant.
