Question about keyboard languages

Hi guys, how are you?
So, I'm having a problem with my keyboard... Recently I changed systems, moved from PS3 to PC (master race =P) and, as many people do, I kept my gamepad and my keypad. No problem till there, I managed to make them work on my PC.

However, the keypad I'm using has the keys setup a bit different from PC keyboards and I'm having trouble figuring out how the hell I configure it to use it's symbols properly. I'm brazilian, so my system and my keyboards are in portuguese by default, but I already changed my windows to english and keyboard too, didn't work...
