Returning player looking for laid back, semi-casual FC

Short History:

So after shelving FFXIV to finish school (I was spending FAR too much time playing and not enough studying) I jumped into ArcheAge after completing my degree, only to be disappointed with the glaring "Pay2Win" aspect of the gameplay. On the plus side, I met a group of people who decided to plunge with me back into FFXIV. We started fresh on Famfrit (abandoning my existing character on another server) and all was good for about a month.

Well, long story short, said group of friends rapidly started to not log in, to the point where literally only 3 others besides myself have logged in in the past 2 weeks+.

I like my new character at this point, it's progressed farther than my old character in the story and in terms of gear (currently SCH/SMN). Looking for a new FC that plays the game as exactly that - a game - and overall having fun while doing so.

About me:

• I'm a parent, so yes, I have the ocassional "kid aggro" while doing things.
• I work as a field technician, so I have no set work schedule. For the most part scheduled jobs are done during the daytime, however I am on call 24/7 for service calls. When I'm not on a job or call, I'm usually on my computer playing games while my kids are at school.
• I enjoy running dungeons and raids, but not as a second job. If I'm available and willing at the time, I'll be more than happy to help/attend.
• I'm pretty laid back and like to goof around most of the time. However, on "serious" issues I'm quite blunt with my opinions. Sugar coating is for cereal. ;)
• I do ask that the FC be 18+ for it's members. I have my own children as mentioned before; I don't have the patience to tolerate someone else's while trying to have fun.

I think you may fit in very well with the Free Company I'm in, GreatBait Fishing Co. We're relatively new, but fun loving, medium-core players with responsibilities outside the game as well. We have some other parents and I think coincidentally all of our members are aged 21+ while most are mid 20 somethings.
