Double loot drops from WoD chests please

Can we please have two items drop in each chest in WoD (or any of the towers)? I'm getting sick of running WoD dozens of times during the week and to never see a drop I want. In fact for 3 runs last night, i had the exact same loot come up, on all 4 chests and no one needed it.
There are 9 classes to gear up now and 5 left side drops for each one, but only 4 chests to get them from, so someone is going to suffer from the RNG gods all the time. Can we for a change get a little relief from that and before the lock out goes away?

This should have been in from the start. There is already a 1 item / week limit so adding an additional throttle to drops is silly.

Also, severely limiting what we can get from raid/dungeon content doesn't encourage one of the game's strongest points; all jobs on one character. I want to level all my jobs and keep them in nice gear but hard bottlenecks like weekly lockouts/caps feels like a punishment.

I already have resorted to just ignoring the boss drops and focusing on twine to gear my main. Half the BLM set doesn't exist from my experience, I have never seen anything but brd or nin drop from some of those chests. :P would be nice to have more than one chance at a drop from each fight.

Yep, loot pool is just way too big. Especially for a dungeon with only 4 chests that only drop 4 pieces, out of which everyone can only take one every week. Simply stupid. (For example, today was the first time I even saw the caster robe drop - granted, I don't farm WoD like some people do, but...damn.)

And I agree, it's just one of the mechanics that go directly against the Armoury Chest system, the game's core.

it will get worse once the lock is removed, everyone rolling for any and all drops, the chances of getting what you want decrease a lot (havent seen the armor of the warrior of light drop more than once in LotA and the other tank won it :/)

So yeah, more drops per chest please

It could still technically happen, even with 100 drops. RNG.

But with twice as many drops, you're cycling through possibilities twice as fast. While the possibility of still not seeing what you want drop remains, the probability of not seeing it decreases dramatically.
