Milvaneth Sacrarium

What is this building, I've noticed it in the past few years and never put any real though into it, what is in there?

To reflect the duality of Nald'thal, the whole city of Ul'dah is split into two sections that mirror the concept. The Order of Nald'thal, too, is thus split into two sects, and two temples.

Arrzaneth Ossuary is the temple of Thal, aspect of death and darkness. This is where many of the poor worship, seeking a better place in death than they had in life. The Ossuary is also home to the thaumaturges' guild, as the other sect is notorious for turning away adventurers, visitors, and novices.

Milvaneth Sacrarium is the temple to Nald, aspect of life and light. This is where many of the wealthy worship, grateful for what they have.

The Sacrarium took a beating in the Calamity and is still closed for repairs.

Ah, that explains a lot, I noticed the similarity to the Arrzaneth Ossuary. I wonder if the repairs will be done by Heavensward, and that the 50-60 Black Mage quest hub will be here?

That's what I'm hoping. We saw inside at the end of Version 1, so we know they know what it's like in there. Perhaps they'll make it so the NPCs move around a bit based on a Waking Sands style progression flag, offering to usher you inside to your next questmaster.
