Wedding Ceremony Bug - Quest Complete

So I had a Wedding, went through the inside Chapel cutscenes

but I forgot to ring the bell and left the chapel, I re-entered the chapel to ring the bell

it took us to the cutscene where me and my partner ride off with the ceremony chocobo

So when I arrive to the NPC to complete the quest, it announces I completed and received a ceremony chocobo

But I don't, I have no chocobo and the quest is bugged, I can complete it 100x times but nothing happens...I don't get the chocobo and the quest doesn't complete even though it says I did finish it

Help? Anyone know what to do?

- I also have the eternal ring and wedding dress, just no chocobo :[
