Auto-Attack Disengages Randomly

I've been having auto attack issues while using DoW classes, primarily Lancer and Gladiator. It was very noticeable when using the Lancer and all I could do was sit there until Heavy Thrust's recast timer was cleared again. I tried a few things and found that casting cure helped once out of eight times to put auto attack back on, but that worked only until I switched targets. For that fight against two low level funguars, it took 2 minutes for the first one and 4 minutes for the second to defeat because of the bug.

Server: Figaro

Classes Affected: Lancer and Gladiator

Connection Type: Cable
ISP: Time-Warner Cable + Earthlink
Connection Speed: 10 mbps

Time(s) of issues: Sporadic and intermittent
