Please add /tell filter

I want to only be able to receive tells from those on my friends list. Gil sellers and advertisers are absolutely ruining my gameplay experience. I spend more time blacklisting them than playing the game. It's nonsense. And Square-Enix does NOT care... or does not have the resources to get rid of them all.

I think they are simply overwhelmed with RMT, I'm sure they are doing what they can.

I would definitely like to be able filter tells from Lv.1 characters though, they have no business talking to me.
