New bard on T10 needs advice

I have a few questions regarding bard dps:
1. B4B timing:
The Krietor guide (http://angered.guildwork.com/forum/t...ide-by-krietor) says if u hold your 2nd B4B by 5secs and 3rd by 10secs, the 4th will automatically line up with Hawks Eye, which doesnt make sense to me at all. I read his chart (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...gid=1758562421) carefully and I think he did made a mistake there. The 4th B4B should be up at 258sec instead of 268sec, which means u actually need to delay the 4th B4B by 10sec as well to line up with the 4th Hawks eye.
While I really appreciate Krietor's effort in writing the most detailed bard guide I could find on the internet, I think this mistake is pretty terrible and misleading..
My question is should I hold my B4B to line up with Hawk's Eye and Barriage, or use it as soon as it comes out of CD?

2. Song timing:
My question is when is the best time to sing songs (Paeon, and Ballad)? My instinct tells me I should do it when all my buffs are on CD and I just applied a new sets of dots. I would like to hear opinions from other veteran bards.
3. TP issue:
My skill speed is 390,which is a pretty low number, and our scholar is using Eos on T10. But my TP ran out incredibly fast, I was usually completely out of TP when the 2nd sets of adds came out if I didnt sing any Paeon for myself before that point. I ended up saving Battle voice to sing Paeon for myself so I could continue dpsing..However from a few T10 vid I watched on youtube, those bards didnt have TP issue at all in that fight, so I am really confused atm.
I only re-applied dots when they were less than 3secs left, but I did try to put dots on multiple targets when adds were up. Should I stop doing that? And how many TP songs is usually needed on T10?

4. DPS number:
Two weeks ago I ran bard with a PF party, with DRG buff I hit 427 until the 2nd sets of adds came out. Last night I did T10 with my FC group again, and with DRG buff somehow I only hit 390. Now I feel really confused.. what should be concerned a decent number on T10 as bard (with DRG buff)?
(My ilvl is 114, and Im using HA bow. )

1) Entirely debatable. Some align, some don't. However he did say that ymmv which is true. For me I tend to use on CD unless there is a benefit to delay, such as within a few seconds (not 10s) with another major CD or DoT reapplication timing. However it can be all situational - of course don't use them when boss is about to jump/invulnerable etc.

2) You should try to apply when you don't have buffs up and your DoTs are still ticking for 6s or more for you to play a song and continue your pewpewpew (songs are 3s cast).

3) After 1st set of adds you should have sufficient MP to play a short ballad until all adds are dead. Play it there. After 2nd sets adds, check if WHM needs ballad. If no, Paeon whatever MP you have left to 0 (This is on assumption that you play Foe Req when boss is phasing into 2nd set of adds until 0MP, which by the adds are cleared you should have about 300ish MP regened which you can Paeon/Ballad until 0MP again).

4) At your gear level with DRG in party, above 400 is attainable. However it depends on how much songs you need to play (which depends on how derp your grp is), whether the DRG or you are constantly affected by mechanics (which causes you to be stunned and/or DRG unable to upkeep disembowel).

1) Debatable and situational. I've achieved my highest dps when waiting to line up my cooldowns. The main point of delaying your b4b to wait for hawk eye is because of BARRAGE. You want the full 10secs of barrage to be as strong as possible when you pop it since thats the skill we have as brds that raises our overall dps when its starting to crawl down.

2 & 3) If I can remember correctly what I do is I sing Foe's + BV at the start. Stop singing when BV is over which should be before or during the first wild charge. Start singing foe's again until 0mp when adds spawn. Sing paeon and ballad when someone needs it, those 2 are very situational. In my group me and our NIN would be needing tp almost at the same time so I consider my tp bar his as well. Start singing after you have reapplied fresh dots. Popping cooldowns while singing is still something I'm debating with myself. xD Not popping your cds on time is a dps loss. Singing itself is a dps loss. Popping cds while singing is a dps loss. But which is the least evil? And yes dot multiple adds always(dont bother dotting the first daughter you focus after caster LB, she dies instantly anyway).

4) You should easily hit 400+ even without a DRG once you get familiar with the fight and the group that you play with. Any dps parses high once he becomes comfortable with mechanics. You will be able to get a feel on when to sing or what I call 'song rotation' depending on the performance of the group as a whole.
