Legacy Tattoo Disappeared.

I first posted about this in the support forum, where I was directed to contact a GM in game, who told me that they felt it would be an issue best suited for square-enix support, whom I contacted via live-chat and they told me to contact a GM in game, which I did again, who told me to come here and post a bug report. It's astonishing how complicated the folks at Square Enix North America are making this issue. I'm sorry but I'm not super computer savvy and am not sure how to post every single thing asked in that template, half of which I don't understand.

I have tried trouble shooting this with methods suggested, such as unequipping armor, taking all armor off, displaying and hiding the head gear and using the commands

/lmark /lmark on /lmark off /legacymark /legacymark on /legacymark off

I used them twice in a row, back to back, back and forth, three times in a row. Nothing at all is working. I had a legacy tattoo when I recently came back as I was around since 1.0. It was there, on the back lower part of my neck / upper back. It just disappeared one day.

My character name is Esha Ntarl, Hyur Female on Gilgamesh. I'm playing on Windows 8. I'm not sure where in game this happened but it was almost a week ago now.

I just want my tattoo back, please and thank you.

Swing your camera around and look at the back of the charter's neck its usually hidden underneath your hairline slightly. If it not there then there is a problem. Wished SE would of allowed us to place that tattoo in a more visable location but to many babys and winers would complain about it.

Yeah... I know where to look lol

My character's hair is short in the back, when the tattoo used to be there it was very visible, impossible to miss. It's not there anymore.
