Highest NA Server Population for PvE and PvP

I have heard Xivsoul is not a good representation of server population and that wouldnt answer my question on types of gameplay anyways.

What Im looking for is the best Data Center for fast PvP pops and the highest overall population that has a lot of endgame FC's and PF.

Any ideas?

I believe Gilgamesh/Behemoth are the highest populated servers

However pvp is cross-server (I think?) and for PvE you just use the DF for dungeons, or otherwise you can do turn 6+ with static people from the server
