Housing and World Transfer Service

I would like to know if housing is transferable between servers when using the world transfer service?

I understand that it wouldn\\\\\\'t be possible to transfer a placed house, but wouldn\\\\\\'t you still retain the deed?
So let\\\\\\'s say I buy a house on a server and then choose to change servers. Is the money I used to buy that house lost?
Wouldn\\\\\\'t I have the house purchased and would just have to find am available lot?

Nothing in the world transfer service mentions this.
Or an I just asking for something that is non transferable between servers?

I thought I looked over the World Transfer Service page forward and back and didn't find any mention of Housing!

I have been looking on the lodestone on this page and there isn't any mention of Housing.

Secondly, how would you transfer your house anyways? What happens when your plot is already filled in each ward of your new server? Gonna kick out someone on that server to make room for your home?

If you move servers your house is one thing you just have to accept that you're going to lose.

I logged on mogstation and selected world transfer service, then it displayed the terms.

This isn't about the same thing, but somewhat similar, but does your house get deleted if you don't log on for a while?

Because in Siren quite a few people/FC's transferred servers recently and left a bunch of empty houses in popular wards, and they're kinda taking up space. Will those houses ever become available to the public again to get bought or will it stay under the ownership of the people who left?

It would really suck if they just stayed when those players/FC's (people who quit are still part of the FC/alternate characters) aren't even on the server anymore.

the cuurent design wouldn't allow for transfer sadly ;;

would hope one day though to be able to sell the home/plot...quite ancient in design not to be able to imo

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't that create a (personally undesired) real estate market? So people with ridiculous amounts of money could log on Patch Day, buy up all the land and sell it back at ridiculous prices?
