Firefall Faire issue

Hello! This may have been mentioned before..

But I wasn't able to collect my green ash from the npc in Hyursimill (sp?) in the northern Black Shroud area. The bomb incinerated in the special furnace while a chigoe was attacking it, and I know the bomb wasn't killed by the chigoe because it's health was still high.

After that, I talked to the npc, but she didn't say anything, and I would automatically deselect her.

Then she ran off back to the bombard location, leaving me all alone without any hard earned green ash.. :(

That's because bomb actually didn't reach the furnace. Sometimes it stop really close to it but doesn't enters the furnace. If chigoes were there is because it didn't enter the furnace since they depop when it enters.

If yu saw it exploding, its possible to be a timeout explosion..if you don't reach the furnace after a certain time has passed it will automatically explode regardless of its position.

Monster Name: Bombard, accompanied by one chigoe
In-Game Time: don't remember, but it was at night.
Steps:
1. Arrived at bombard in northern shroud, and ushered it to the furnace.
2. Attempted to burn the bombard while a chigoe was attacking it.
3. Spoke to npc to claim my green ash, but she said nothing, and ran back to where the bombard spawns.

That'd be very unfortunate if I was one emote away from burning it, and it had a pre detonation >.< But just thought I'd mention this, in case the chigoe did something weird, and also because i'm still sad my hard work went without reward. I should also mention that I've burned bombards in other locations with attacking chigoe's and it still burned properly..
