Says Im not Licensed

I was playing FF 14 today on my PS4 today when, all of the sudden the ps4 took me back home (back the blue playstation crossbar) and said Im not licensed to play the game. It then showed a lock on the game so I could not resume it. I originally started to play on PS3, and since got a ps4, did the FREE MOVE OVER promotion. This the first time I have seen this happened, however this is very inconvenient & frustrating. Could someone explain to me why this happens, and more importantly what needs to be done to resolve this issue. Thx in Advance
