My server does not have a wide variety of end game groups
especially at my availability. So here I am considering a
server transfer. I'm looking to join a group with raid times
around 10 AM EST Wednesdays and Thursdays. Those are my guaranteed
free times but I may be able to make other times. I have T10 experience up to enrage.

We're a static currently farming The First and Second Coil of Bahamut Turns 1-9, clearing The Final Coil of Bahamut Turn 10 and 11, progressing through Turn 12 and 13 and farming all Extreme Primals.
Our static is currently 7/8.

Good Communication (Mumble required)
Understanding of mechanics
Execution of Mechanics
Using your job's toolkit to it's full potential
Tank:
Efficiently with cooldowns
Good movement and positioning if needed
Raid Times:
Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday - Any day after is considered optional.
Times: 8:30/9 PM EST ~ 11/11:30 PM EST
