Please Increase Spawn Time of Taste of Fear (Coerthas)

Looked like the Live Letter said we should just nominate particular FATEs to get their spawn times looked at because the Devs don't feel a full overhaul is needed. So as I sit here, at least 70 minutes into waiting for a spawn for daily hunt, I can't help but nominate this one.
Seriously, though, please overhaul the FATE system. If not for 2.5, then for 3.0. I don't understand the need for rare FATEs in the first place besides the superbosses and those (Eye and Svara) spawn more often than this one, anyway.
