Cannot move FC house from small to large due to four individuals.

Okay, so the problem I'm facing as FC leader right now is that we(I say 'we' extremely cautiously, as only very few individuals in the FC have even bothered to help out) have enough money to buy a large house after four months of saving up. However, there are currently four individuals who have 3 Chocobos in the stable, and 1 personal house. However, after hours upon hours of messing around, have found I cannot remove their chocobos or the room at all. I tickited this and they said this had been fixed in an earlier patch, that I was able to do so to move the house to a larger one, yet I can only find out what I already know, that is being able to do so by kicking them from the FC. But to do so would cause problems in my FC because they are rather 'popular' people on short breaks.

We really need to act fast to get their chocobos and rooms removed, does anyone have any ideas of what I can do to fix this situation?

Discharge them from the free company, the rooms will be demolished and the chocobo's vacated.

If anyone complains, just say they will be free to return post move, their junk was just holding the entire fc back.
