Help us Yoshi Wan Kenobi, your our only hope. (bound furniture)

I'm sure others would agree with me, but I think something seriously needs to be done about some of the furniture being destroyed when you pick it up and try to move it to another location. I have a Raging Vortex couch and a Raging Inferno wall lamp in my private chambers of my FC house. I just recently purchased a small home in the mist and would love to move these two items to my new home in the mist, but guess what? I can't or else they will be destroyed. I understand it's to keep us from reselling said items which is fine, but why is it all other furniture binds to us and we cant resell it, but not these items? Now I'm left with two options, do the fights over and over again and pray to RNGesus I get the drop if it drops, or spend over 2.5 mil and buy the items to craft said items that I've already crafted. Yoshi please make items like these bind to the owner like everything else so we don't lose it.
