First timers and bonus

Maybe i've missed something in the patch notes, but why the message at the start of a dungeon to which one or more party members are new does not appear anymore? Also, in these cases, isn't there supposed to be a bonus (in soldiery, i guess)?
I just came out of a Snowcloak run where, just before the last boss, one of the party members got the "mapping the realm" achievement thing, but, as i mentioned, no message appeared at the start.

I think it is only for old dungeons. As it is a bonus for helping people through old content and not a warning someone didn't beat content within a week.

Yeah, its only for old dungeons. The 2.3 dungeon also didnt gave a bonus until 2.4.
