Trade used Allagan Tombstones for things

I don't know, with spending so much time with coils/extremes/tombstones maybe a system where you can trade these items in and exchange gear (like a fullset 5/5 piece set for one piece of upgraded gear, and of course harder the gear is to get it gets higher value), or crafting items. I wouldn't do points because it would be exploited. Instead NPCing it to save inventory room. I mean 3-4 months is a long time just to be like aww man gotta restart the cycle all over again. I know I know, its an mmo, but Id like to see something like a old gear exchange.

You see the word pretty much every time you play, it's not tombstones. It's TOMESTONES!

As for your idea, I don't think it would work. Vertical progression relies on one set of gear completely supplanting the previous tier each time. You can trade them for seals and desynth some of them now, so that's as good as I think it's going to get.

To be fair, some browsers take an evil pleasure in "correcting" your spelling in text boxes. The amount of times I've written "materia" and the browser turned it into "material" without me knowing (it just did it again!) :D
