The 2 star culinarian "furniture" give the exact same buff to skill speed. When i think one was meant to give spell speed since it uses some spell speed items. Bug or as intended???

Both two star housing food items are skill speed.
EDIT: Oh...I misread your post. Yes it is odd that two foods give the same stats.
I'm leaning toward bug. The patch notes showed 1 as spell speed and the other as skill speed.
