Steps:
1. Teleported from my FC housing to Wolve's Den Pier. (Lavender Beds)
2. After loading screen had been gone, I found myself stuck at the torch on the ground. I could not run any direction.
3. Jumped while running at place freed me.

Note: I didn't want to waste my gil on trying this out multiple times, because I'm really low on gil and I'm trying to save money to buy the remaining materias for my Novus. That is why I stayed there for a moment and saw the next 2 people that teleported there get stuck aswell, then I decided to file a bug report.
