Concert Cut off mid way?

Hello! I purchased the EU Premium stream and it would seem that the closing ceremony has been cut short half way through Moggle Mog. I'm a little upset by this as I paid the $20 as required to watch all of the London Fanfest content and I'm apparently now lacking some of it.

Any ideas if the rest will be available? If not, then will there be any form of re-imbursement or something of the like for those who have paid to see the whole of the keynote and concert?
