Option to Sell Properties in time for New Wards?

you can already sell your land. Are you sure the new wards have different layouts the maps looked identical to me. Why would you want to marry multiple people?

who say new ward have different layout !? where do you get that info ?

You cannot sell your land and I don't see them implementing this, as housing was meant to be a sink.

I just wish they could change the housing layout so every land is upgradeable.

The game only allows you to relinquish the land, that's what people in game sell, after they relinquish the land you still have to buy the land at its full price.
