In-game support may be bugged for people

I've submitted ~5-6 tickets over the past few months and have not received a response to any. When I look at my history, I have two report history from 10/07/13. After this, none of my reports/support requests show. I've tried to close the tickets in the request history, but it does nothing. I've done a search and it seems other people mentioned this situation (where they only have old requests in their history), however, others seem to say they get quick and good responses from support. Again, I've not received a response to any requests (i've submitted about 6) since October 2013.
